….I always wanted to be surrounded by some type of design or craft. Whether it be doing complex art/school projects with Mum at home or being in the mix of custom garments being manufactured at the family textiles factory.

Engulfed in all this early inspiration, I knew I needed to pursue a career with a creative flair. So I went on to study Architectural Technology, graduating with a 1st Class BSc (Hons).

After a decade in the construction industry, modelling & designing structural steel elements/frames for commercial buildings, I felt the need for a new life challenge.

Coming from a large culturally mixed family, we have always been accustomed to masses of elaborate functions, from all different beliefs & backgrounds.

After the lockdown, we’ve had a multitude of household & immediate functions to plan & organise. In this, we gained a great understanding of all the elements required to make each occasion unique, as well as building a valuable catalogue of contacts within the sector.

Having really enjoyed the designing process & adding a personal touch of class to the party stationery. I knew this was the perfect opportunity for me to focus my design skills towards this new venture.
